This is a way you can use your feelings to guide you. Look at your options and ask yourself if it makes you feel lighter or if it makes you feel heavier. I’m sure you have used the term “to be weighted down” or “it’s like a weight lifted off my shoulders” and in a way this is what I am referring to.
Bring the thought of what you wish to do your mind and look to the feeling that it brings. Feel its weight – if it makes you feel light, then it is right. – Kate Filmer
